What You'll Do

• Meet with members virtually to discuss available programs and options.
• Learn about each member's needs and help identify appropriate solutions.
• Explain information clearly and answer questions along the way.
• Guide members through applications, documentation, and enrollment.
• Follow up with members and provide ongoing assistance when needed.
• Keep client information accurate, organized, and up to date.
• Provide a professional and dependable experience in every interaction.

• Self-motivated and able to manage your time effectively while working remotely.

• Customer service, sales, or other client-facing experience is helpful, but not required.
