The position primarily supports Invesco's mutual funds, closed-end funds, and exchange-traded funds (ETFs), advising on disclosure, governance, product implementation, and other strategic legal and regulatory initiatives.

The successful candidate will play a hands-on role in overseeing the preparation and review of fund registration statements, shareholder reports, proxy materials, board materials, SEC filings, and other public disclosures, while helping to execute key product and corporate initiatives, including fund launches, mergers, reorganizations, and other activities.
