In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate evidence-based wound care for diverse patient populations across our hospitals and care centers. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive wound assessments, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, developing and updating care plans, educating patients and families, and supporting staff with advanced wound care best practices.
